Tee
Thalía is the co‑founder of Coquí, bringing together a deep grounding in business strategy and a personal passion for health and wellness. A former college athlete and avid runner, Tee’s commitment to balanced living is central to Coquí’s mission. She holds an undergraduate degree in finance and marketing with a focus in sociology, as well as a master’s degree in marketing, shaping her consumer‑first approach to brand building.
With a career spanning project management, financial operations, and business development, Tee has led cross‑functional teams and managed nine‑figure budgets, translating complex data into actionable growth strategies. Her blend of analytical rigor and creative marketing leadership guides Coquí’s vision and positions the brand for long‑term success in the beverage space.
Karo
Karolyne is the co-founder of Coquí, blending science, sport, and strategy to redefine how we celebrate. A lifelong athlete, former collegiate golfer, and avid surfer, she’s deeply connected to performance, recovery, and feeling your best.
She holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering and currently serves as a Managing Director at Nasdaq, where she works with founders and executives navigating growth at the highest level.
She started Coquí from a simple but powerful desire: to be able to do it all—to celebrate fully, and still wake up early feeling clear, energized, and ready to perform. At Coquí, Karolyne sits at the intersection of vision and execution—combining her scientific background, athlete mindset, and strategic business experience to build a brand that reimagines how we celebrate.
